If your location isn’t listed, submit a Request a County / Custom Order. Custom coverage is subject to availability and may be declined.
Communication:
• Email-first by default (phone contact must be established via email - this helps us avoid spam callers and serve you better)
• Updates are provided as attempts occur and outcomes are documented
• If an address is incomplete or access is restricted, we may request clarification before proceeding
• We have zero tolerance for aggressive treatment - mutual respect and professionalism are a requisite
Feasibility + right to decline:
• Acceptance is subject to availability and may be declined at our discretion based on distance, scheduling, documentation requirements, address access limitations, or service constraints.
• We reserve the right to pause or stop work if required information is missing or if conditions make attempts unsafe, unlawful, or infeasible.
Rush requests:
• Rush requests are subject to availability and may be declined. In most cases, requests with less than 24–48 hours’ notice are unlikely to be accepted.
Factors that may affect additional fees:
• Mileage / travel distance outside typical routes
• Time-sensitive handling (rush requests)
• Additional attempts required due to avoidance or limited access
• Research time for address verification / locate support
• Special handling requirements (multiple parties, multiple addresses, complex access conditions)
