How It Works

The 6 Step-Workflow

1). Submit the basics

Send the county, address to serve, and recipient/entity name. Deadlines help. Documents should not be sent on first contact - wait until service is agreed upon

3). Service attempts begin

We perform service attempts at the provided address based on availability and practical access windows.

5). Completion + proof of service

After service is completed, we provide documented results and proof of service / affidavit documentation when applicable.

2). Feasibility check

We review distance, access constraints, and scheduling feasibility. If anything is unclear (unit numbers, entry restrictions, rural directions), we’ll ask for clarification.

4). Updates + documentation

We provide clear status updates as attempts occur and maintain documented notes on outcomes and access issues.

6). Closeout

We confirm delivery of documentation and close out the request. If the address is invalid or service isn’t feasible, we’ll advise on options such as address locate support.

Real-world expectations

Timelines depend on address access, recipient behavior, and local conditions. We document attempts and keep communication clear throughout the process. Successful service cannot be guaranteed.

Additional fees may apply depending on mileage, urgency, additional attempts, research time, or special handling.
